I am a Breathwork & Meditation Coach and a Software Professional. I have been a meditation practitioner for more than a decade. I am grateful for my daily meditation practice that is a blend of ancient tradition and modern science. Breathing and Meditation practices have enhanced my mental, physical and emotional well being.
